The hotel location was great, very close to the business district and easily accessible. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help and answer any questions.
The hotel could use some renovations as the facilities felt a bit outdated. Additionally, the water pressure in the bathroom was not very good.

Restaurant menu need improvements, more international menu would be welcome, also a quite expensive, no environmental program implemented with respect to towels and sheets exchange!

Junior suite with modern decor and bigger TVs, for instance. Excellent customer care. Everything very good. Favourable location to the nice cafe and affable and welcoming staff. Nearby Bistro Estoril - great place to chill out.

enjoyed my stay at camino real santa fe. rooms were spacious and clean, and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. the front desk staff were helpful and provided a solution for check-in.
Parking fees were unexpected and expensive.

Hotel was convenient for business.
Staying on the 1side of the building below the kyo lounge, the base was so loud I couldn't sleep! I arrived a 2:00 am and at 2:15 the music was still playing and I had to call the front desk. I change rooms to the 5th floow the following night and could still hear the music!
